It\u2019s no secret how hardworking these people are but are they good enough to do the leg work when it comes to establishing contact and building rapport? It\u2019s a definite YES for us! We will include a few of our current employees in this episode doing a quick intro as your reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Generally, Filipinos have a neutral accent and they are really good English speakers.&nbsp;<em>Here are some of the reasons why:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Their Education System<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We can say that one of the major factors why Filipino employees can communicate in English is because it is part of their education system.&nbsp;<em><strong>Even as children, they are already<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;<strong><em>introduced to the English language<\/em><\/strong>, making them experienced communicators in their second language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Keeping up with Pop Culture in America<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Pop culture is really big in the Philippines.<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;From sports like basketball to following American TV shows or series and even watching cartoons as kids, you can say that the American influence is predominant in the country. Their familiarity with the American culture makes it easier for them to be effective communicators may it be on a normal day-to-day basis or a personal level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/032outsourcing.com\/5-reasons-why-people-should-choose-the-philippine-outsourcing-industry\/\">why the Philippines is one of the favorite outsourcing destinations<\/a>&nbsp;of other countries, not just America.
