Here\u2019s what he has to stay based on his experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n I think it is better because I feel like a lot of the people in the US just don\u2019t wanna work. And because of that, I think that you get kind of shoddy work. It\u2019s just the truth. It\u2019s not that we don\u2019t have great people in the US. I just find your team e the extra mile to prove that they gonna do good work. They take a lot of pride in their work. I don\u2019t see people turning over. I\u2019ve been talking to the same people for months and months, well now years.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n He also highlighted<\/strong> the English communication skills that his virtual team has whether written, verbal, or listening<\/strong>. And in the span of 2 to 3 years of working with them, he only recalled one time when there was an error in their work and it was just a minor mistake too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Kevin asked him what would be his advice to people who will be outsourcing for the first time. He enthusiastically said that they should PLAN! PLAN! PLAN!
