In that $48,600 annual average income, the benefits and other costs are not yet included which could easily ramp up their price to about $60,000. While in the $1,200 per month cost of an outsourced employee, all the benefits are already included or computed.
Even if you require a targeted technical skillset, it will still give you at least 50% savings compared to employing a US staff.
