Today we bring you one of our most enthused virtual employee. She will talk about her life as 032 Outsourcing virtual employee.
Today we bring you one of our most enthused virtual employees, Victoria. She will talk about her freelancing journey and why she decided on switching from freelancing to being an actual virtual employee of 032 Outsourcing.
With over 500,000 aspiring remote workers, the Philippines is rich with rock star employees with exceptional communication skills, world-class work ethics, and the uncanny ability to radiate positivity while working. We’ve interviewed, screened, and placed multiple Filipinos with a can-do attitude, much like Victoria has.
Since 2015, she has been working remotely. She made a courageous decision from working in the hotel industry to doing remote work as a virtual assistant for a real estate company. Then, she decided to do freelancing and when was able to get her very first client as a full-time employee of a tech company, her career kicked off as she started getting other part-time jobs on the side.
But when she got pregnant, she decided to dial it down and relax a little bit from work. Incidentally, this was also the time when Kevin was able to get a hold of her. Fortunately, she was looking for an opportunity that can allow her to work while she was waiting to give birth and prepare financially before the baby comes.
Kevin asked what helped her in deciding to get off the freelancing track to be part of 032 Outsourcing, she happily said that she was looking for stability. Giving birth amidst the pandemic, she wanted to make sure that she lands a full-time a proper job where she can provide for and take care of her kids.
Mike asked what she is doing for the publishing company in Louisiana she was working for. She is doing their social media work for them, making sure that the company has social media presence and it is up-to-date. Even though she is working as a virtual employee in the Philippines, the team she’s working with made sure that she feels included through open communication resulting in a well-knit team with a strong bond.
If you are a job seeker, I hope that Victoria’s experience working under 032 Outsourcing gave you an idea of what it is like to be part of our team.
If you are a company owner, I wish that Victoria’s experience was compelling evidence of what it is like to have a Filipino virtual employee.
