Mike started his career in the publishing industry in 1992. But when he worked in Beckett Media and was given the chance to spearhead the utilization of offshoring services that were based in the Philippines and India, he saw a window of opportunity to launch a business catering to niche media outsourcing.
FUN FACT: Mike and Kevin used to work for the same company, Beckett Media, where they first met.
After leaving Beckett Media and launching a local media division of his own, he saw another opportunity in the outsourcing business that can cater to helping US companies scale their business, thus, the birth of 032 Outsourcing. He was fascinated by the Philippines, especially by Filipinos on how skilled and passionate they are when it comes to work. Being able to communicate in English was definitely a plus factor for him.
Together, Mike and Kevin have been helping both companies and job seekers through 032 Outsourcing by understanding client needs and providing flexible and talented people to do the job through cost-effective outsourcing solutions.
